Taylor Green '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Taylor Green. I am a student-athlete at Marion County High School located in Buena Vista, Georgia. I am a student-athlete with extreme dedication and passion for both academics and athletics. I currently have a 4.0 GPA in which I am enrolled in Honors and Advancement Placement courses. My goal is to fulfill my dream of becoming a college basketball player. I have worked hard on and off the court since I was about 4 years old to accomplish this lifelong dream. I am a multi-sport athlete. I have been a 4-year varsity starter in basketball, softball, and track and field. I was named All-Region as a sophomore and junior. I have helped to lead my team to the state play-offs each of my seasons; advancing to the Elite Eight as a sophomore and winning the State Championship as a junior. I pride myself in defense, often selected by my coach to defend the opponent's best scorer. It is my desire to become a member of a successful basketball program that will help be grow as a player and as a young lady. My commitment to team always overrides my individual accomplishments. I have a very positive attitude and a strong work ethic. I am proven to build meaningful relationships with my teammates and my coaches. My core values include honesty, responsibility, kindness, and respect.
