Hazel Serapio '22 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since I was eight years old and throughout the years I have gained a strong passion for this sport. Since I am the youngest in my family, I am consistently compared to my older siblings. I use the statements of what people say as a motivation to push myself harder than others. Most of my time playing basketball, I would challenge people that were more experienced. Basketball has taught me to be determined in everything I do and not to give up during difficult situations. Also, basketball helped me develop life skills and made me physically and mentally stronger. My goal is to show people that I can compete at a collegiate level. Academically, I am very studious and I try to maintain a high GPA. I aspire to continue my education in college.
