Hi, my name is Nevaeh, I’m a Junior in High school. I’ve been in love with basketball for years. Watching my uncle play D1 college basketball for Iowa State University has been a big inspiration and motivator for me. My goal is to play college basketball. I believe myself to be a good encouraging teammate on and off the court, As well as coachable since I love learning new things and pushing myself. I have a good heart and a hard drive to perfect my skill in the sport, but overall have fun with it. I work hard for what I want and I use what I got in the moment. I pride myself on being able to uplift my teammates and myself while still maintaining a 3.6 GPA in school. I didn’t get to play freshman year, and the pandemic fully reduced my ability to work on my skills with my trainer and play my sophomore year. Currently the majority of my days are spent training to perfect my skills for the chance to play college basketball and if I’m not with a ball in my hand I’m m with my family and close friends, volunteering in my community, and focusing on school.
