I aspire to play basketball at the collegiate level. I possess the determination necessary to play at the next level. Coaches have described me as patient, aggressive, unselfish, dedicated, and committed. I have the keen ability to see the court or field. My character is quiet, but I have what it takes to lead a team. I've been invited by the Envision National Youth Leadership for the past three years to participate in forums in Washington, D.C. to speak on academics and leadership and to learn from the top leaders in the country on what it takes to be successful. Besides that, I have assumed leadership roles in the National Junior Honor Society, Student Council, Character Council, basketball, softball, and track. I have maintained scholar athlete status for the past four years. I understand the necessary work I will have to commit to playing at the next level, and I am unafraid to do so.
