Basketball has always been a sport I love. I want to play collegiate basketball obviously for this reason, but also because I feel that being on a team in college has many other benefits. I want to play because I love competition and being able to feel like I have worked hard. Most of all, I want to play in order to be a part of a team. For me, having teammates is one of the greatest things about sports. I feel that I am a team player and I always work hard in order to help out my teammates because I care more about how the team does than just me as an individual. Along with wanting to find a school with a good basketball program, I really want to find somewhere that has good academics. My biggest goal in college is to be able to continue my education and hopefully prepare me for med school in the future.
