I believe in getting my job done. I’ll do what it takes, work hard and push myself past my limits. But what sets me apart from most others is that I want to help others get better with me, I know I can’t do everything by myself. People say I make those around me better, but I just consider being a leader as one of my many responsibilities. I would say I’m very realistic, I appreciate being told exactly how something is so I can fix it, the “sugar coating” just gets in the way. Over the past few years however, I have come to know that not everyone has the same mindset as me. Knowing this really helps me to motivate all the different kinds of teammates or classmates I have. For that I am thankful, and ready and able to play at a collegiate level.
