Hayden Madore '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi coaches!! My name is Hayden Madore, I am a sophomore attending Hall-Dale High School in Farmingdale, ME.  I played AAU club basketball for XL Thunder this past fall and summer and will continue to play over the next couple of years.  As the starting point guard of my high school team, I helped them win the regional title last winter. I attend as many camps and training sessions as my schedule allows.  My ultimate goal is to earn an athletic scholarship to continue my playing career at the collegiate level. I started playing basketball in the 1st grade and immediately fell in love with the sport. I devote countless hours to honing my skills and mastering my craft.  I also take great pride in my schoolwork and strive to achieve summa cum laude grades.  I have been told that I am a very coachable player and, as a personal basketball goal, I look to continue to improve my court vision to become an elite point guard.  As a daily goal, I look to bring energy each time I step onto the court. Whether it is practice or a game, I push myself as hard as I can as I know it not only improves my own ability and stamina but that of my teammates. During the recruitment process, I hope to find a college that will allow me to continue to grow as a student and  athlete. I love to be challenged and look forward to a coach who will push me, support me, and emphasize the basketball team is a family.  I am looking forward to all the things to come in my future recruitment process and am very grateful for every opportunity that comes my way!
