Gabrielle Johnson '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gabrielle Johnson and I am a sophomore at Western High School in Baltimore City. I have been playing basketball since the age of 5 and I really want to play basketball at a collegiate level. I am a Shooting Guard with great court vision, high Basketball IQ, perimeter defender, elite passing ability, a floor leader and look to get all my teammates involved. I play with a lot of intensity and physicality. I am a hard worker, has a great attitude and I am coachable. I was honored with making the “All Freshman Team” and “1st Team Honors” (Sophomore Year).

Currently I have a 3.8 GPA. I am a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc Archonette Club. Archonettes are high school-aged young ladies who demonstrate an interest in the goals and the ideals of scholarship, sisterly love and community service. I participate in numerous community services activities with the Archonettes throughout the year.

My collegiate goal is to attend a school that will challenge me athletically and academically. I want to major in Communications. I want to play competitive basketball and I am open to school options. I want to attend a college where I can be my best on and off the court. I hope to enhance my basketball skills and be role models for others one day.
