Sarah Vaught High...Personal Statement
Majoring in Sports Medicine/Physical Therapy would require me to complete eight years of schooling to achieve my Doctorate. When I have a goal that needs to be achieved, I put my heart into everything I possibly could to reach that peak. I have seen the injuries my teammates have suffered from and even my own, and I believe it is important to have a committed therapist to help that player play again as soon as possible. One of the biggest roadblocks a player could face is working back up to their skill level after recovering from an injury. A player’s character is conveyed through their attitude on and off the court and how they handle the given circumstances thrown at them.
