Aylee Weiss '21 Recruiting Profile

I would be a good candidate for any college team for three primary reasons.  First, I am deeply passionate about the game of basketball.  I love it and can't get enough of playing.  Second, I have one speed -- I play hard all the time.  I play with a lot of energy and am willing to put in the time and sweat to be the best I can be.  Having the skills is not enough.  You have to have the work ethic.  Third, I am a leader on and off the court.  That is a natural role for a point guard such as myself.  However, I don't get flustered on the court -- I keep a level head at all times.  I think strategically.  I am the first to praise my teammates for a job well done and also the first to pick them up when they make a mistake.  I do my best to keep everyone focused and to keep their heads in the game.
