I have always loved the competition of playing sports, mainly soccer, basketball and volleyball. My love for basketball was affirmed in 7th Grade when I fractured my ankle during a CYC game, and I was not able to finish out the season. I missed the game so much that after recovering to play club soccer that Spring, I told my parents I wanted to take a step back from club soccer to play more basketball. I started playing club and that ignited my passion to be a student of the game.
I am very fortunate to have supportive HS coaches, club coaches and parents that have guided me to be the best I can be as a person, student and athlete. My goal is to play competitively in college, while balancing a rigorous schedule. I am ready for this challenge.
