Bettye Ray '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'7  shooting guard, currently playing for Crossroads Preparatory Academy in Kansas City, MO.  I take control of the three-point line against many opponents and averaged 13 pts, 3 rebounds, and 3 assist last season (2021-2022).  Freshman through junior year, I was a starter on the varsity team and this year I continue to be in the starting lineup.  This spring, I continued my work with the Della Lamb Running Angels basketball team for the 3rd year in a row. Playing in a variety of tournaments in many different states. This offseason I was diligently working to expand my game as a player to become a multi-position player and a better shooter. I am looking forward to the next step in my life which is college. I also hope and dream to continue playing basketball at the next level. I want to go as far as I can with basketball.
