Camden Miller '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a versatile 6'1" stretch four, playing mostly power forward, with some small forward. I work just as hard on defense as I do on offense, developing creative moves underneath, as well as feeling confident to shoot anywhere on the perimeter, including 3-pt range. Uniquely, seven years of competitive soccer has given me an edge with speed, agility, foot work, and endurance on the court.

I have been playing basketball since I was 8 and have had 5 years of club experience.  Last summer, I earned a starting position for West Coast Elite National team in California (to see clips go to my twitter @CamdenMiller23 or my Instagram @camdenmiller2023). We participated in several competitive tournaments, winning championships and going undefeated on more than one occasion. I also was a starting captain on my 5A division high school varsity team as a junior--tallying the most rebounds, steals, and assists (second in points), and named First Team All League after playing in the Nevada State Championships.

I believe I set myself apart from others in being a universal player, thriving under pressure, yet maintaining a calm demeanor on both ends of the court. I am known to be very coachable, respectful, competitive, and committed to winning. I am a natural leader on all my teams and have a strong work ethic during practices and games. I take pride in my aggressive defense, court awareness, and finishing at the rim. I have always had a love for the game, and am continually eager to improve and expand my skill set.
