Grace Trotta '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi!  My name is Grace Trotta and I live in Massapequa, N.Y. with my parents, 2 younger brothers and my dog.  I'm currently in my junior year at Massapequa High School and have been playing basketball since I'm 5 years old.  I love playing basketball and hope to continue playing the game in College.  I'm 5'10" and I made the high school varsity team as a freshman.   I feel I have many  strengths in my game, I have a quick release, I can shoot the 3 and love to take various shots all around the court.  I'm a good defensive player and feel confident enough to anticipate a steal and block/alter shots.  The last 2 years, I've won All-Conference for my high school and I'm very proud of that accomplishment.   I have been playing AAU basketball since 4th grade and I'm averaging 15 points a game for the fall basketball season.  I have been training with Jerry Powell Basketball Results on a weekly basis and working really hard to improve my game so I can take it to the next level.  I do very well in school and feel I'm an all around hard working student/athlete who is willing to go above and beyond to achieve my goals.  I plan to work really hard in the next two years of high school to make my dream come true.
