I am a one sport student-athlete with the goal of becoming a great basketball player and lawyer in the future. Shooting guard/wing and small forward are my two main positions. In school I have always been an A/B honor roll student. I am very outgoing and always have a smile on my face, which also helps others to put a smile on as well. My parents made me who I am today because they push me to the best of my ability. To be a great leader I have always been a team player and a hard worker. For the past few years I have trained to become the best basketball player that I can be from practicing early on a Saturday morning to staying after practices just to work on my speed, shooting form, and free throws. As my final year of high school approaches, I plan to maintain my GPA and work as hard as possible to continue to become a great basketball player.
I am looking for an institution where I can balance my classes and basketball, while also trying to pursue my dreams of becoming an attorney. I would like to go to a university with an excellent academic reputation in the study of law. Ideally, my athletic environment would be a great basketball program that pushes me with a team that I can also impact. I believe my best fit would be at the DII or DIII level, by which I would also consider my major.
