Hello, my name is Emma Pendleton. I am excited to have the opportunity to share my collegiate goals and aspirations. I am interested in studying to obtain a degree in marketing. I would love to become a marketing manager and oversee the creative side of marketing. I have grown up watching both of my parents launch new campaigns for their businesses and it would be an honor to come alongside other entrepreneurs and help them to launch their dreams.
I believe that I would be a valuable asset to your program for many reasons. I aspire to work very hard in the classroom and on the court. Playing college basketball has always been a dream of mine. My parents have instilled the desire to work harder and to be dedicated. I know there will always be someone more gifted, faster, and stronger, and that drives me to work harder.
I am different from many of the athletes whom I have come into contact with at this point in my life. I believe it is important to have a strong relationship with my teammates, cultivating loyalty, integrity, and honor among players I am surrounded by daily. Understanding the team goals, and working to achieve those goals as one family, are also very important to me. I strive to remain humble, positive, and a person of integrity throughout all of my life experiences.
