Loran Hadden '25 Recruiting Profile

Basketball has been a part of my life since I was around the age of three years old, and since then, I have always wanted to play at the collegiate level. Playing college sports would give me the opportunity to further my experience and give me an extra step towards the ability to go pro which will become a dream come true.

I can handle the ball well, defend aggressively, physically and mentally as I play bigger than my size, and have a knack for passing. I aim to lead by example. As a team leader I motivate my teammates, but if team leader isn’t my role, I am able to step down and listen. 

I try to be the player and prospect who works the hardest. I put a lot of effort into sharpening my basketball talents year round. Training in off seasons with plyometrics and weight lifting which improve my athleticism. 

Academically, I put a lot of effort into my schoolwork and maintaining a good GPA. Staying in all A and B honor roll is something I have accomplished every year. I compete with the top 15 in my class annually while taking AP, advanced and honors courses. 

Ultimately, I want to attend a university where I can further my talents on and off the court.
