Personal Statement

Hello Coaches,

My name is Ariy Schaddai Denson.  I live in Clarksville, Tennessee, attend West Creek High School and play varsity soccer, basketball and run track. As a goalie for the Lady Coyote's, we had the opportunity to star in a Lifetime Movie, "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" starring Heather Locklear and we made it to the 2021 District Championship for the first time in school history. I have been playing Varsity basketball since Middle School and was a member of the TN Lady Sol's AAU team for 3 years. I began running track as a freshman in high school, in which I have received sectional recognition for my long jump, high jump, 400 and 4X400 relays. This year was my first year playing soccer and I was featured in the local paper as an incoming player to watch out for. This 2021-2022 School Year, I was also recognized by TSSAA for being a Tri-Student Athlete with a 3.5 GPA or higher, in which I was 1 out of 8 with 210 student athletes on file in my school.  I truly enjoy competing in all three sports; however, I'd prefer to concentrate solely on basketball in college.  I am also on the leadership team for WCHS' JROTC this year as the Battalion XO. My goal is to study the field of medicine in college.  Ultimately, I desire to be an Anesthesiologist.  Outside of school, my hobbies are of course playing sports, relaxing with family and friends, interior design and fashion.

Thanks for your time and consideration. I look forward to teaming with you in the near future.

Kind regards,

Ariy

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
