Standford Thompson '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Standford Thompson. I am a student athlete at West Creek High School located in Clarksville,Tennessee.

Some of my collegiate goals and aspirations would be taking part on a competitive team along with my teammates working day in and day out then showcasing the hardworking we've all put in behind closed doors to our opponents. What makes me different from other recruits and why I am an amazing candidate is; my grit/ drive to get and be better. The mentality of thinking what the other person is doing in their free time and how I can outwork them. I also am extremely coachable with an amazing attitude in the face of adversity, constantly looking for ways to perfect my craft by cross training and cross coaching. Furthermore, I work extremely hard in the room and travel during high school season to different camps/practices to train with the best. During my off season I participate in freestyle & greco nationally and wrestle some of the countries best while focusing on technique and skills to bring to the table for my next season.
