My name is Zoe Bahjat. I am a Junior at The Oakridge School in Arlington, Texas. I'm looking to study Biology in college. I have fun playing basketball because I love to compete and win. Through basketball, I have learned to be patient, compete, learn and most importantly, to prioritize the important things in life. My family, as well as basketball, has taught me the lessons of sacrifice. I believe in order to achieve greatness, you have to sacrifice and get out of your comfort zone. This lesson will be with me beyond basketball; hopefully I can pass this lesson on to others. In order to be successful, others play a key role within your success. This is why I love teamwork. My next journey in life is to play basketball in college and to help my teammates and coaches win. I am hoping to create a strong bond with my teammates and coaches that will carry on long past college. I appreciate all the consideration.
