My collegiate goals include attending a university with a quality business program or nursing program and attending law school postgraduate. Education, for me, means more than the time spent in the classroom. I desire to have a complete college experience that includes balancing basketball, education, and social life.
What makes me a good candidate for any team is the way I always am wanting to improve, in every aspect, to be better than the day before. My drive to be the best me I can be, drives others to keep up with me, making us a better team. I won’t stop, and won’t let my teammates stop, we will fail and succeed together.
What makes me better than another girl? My attitude, it’s infectious. I take pride in being coachable. As a sophomore, I received the honor of District 17-4A Newcomer of the Year. I am blessed to be recognized by other coaches within the district for my strengths. I am an all-around player with a strong vision to see the game and court. I led our team as a 72.8% free throw shooter. I was also in the top three with rebounds, steals, and points. My Junior year I was awarded the Offensive Player of the Year award for our district.
