Growing up I lived in three different countries, with three different cultures; which has given me the ability to adapt to new and sometimes challenging situations. For example, Spring of my 8th grade year I moved to a new AAU team where I knew no one. I soon realized that I was not one of the strongest players on my new team. I put in the work and eventually earned a significant amount of playing time.
The strengths I bring to my basketball teams are that I have a team player attitude, a high basketball IQ, and the flexibility to play different positions from a guard to a post. Although, those are all strengths playing defense is the best part of my game.
As for my future I may be a teacher or work in a field involving children. My coaches have had such a positive impact on my life that I’ve also considered being one in the future.
