Mariah Houston '24 Recruiting Profile

My goals in life are to not be comfortable where I'm at and to always want to learn more not just about the game of basketball but educational wise too. My aspiration in life is to be successful and push myself to do better, I do that by focusing on my grades and maintaining a high GPA, and also focusing on my weaknesses. I love basketball, I love it with a passion. I love being a leader for my team and getting them to be motivated to do better. communicating with my teammates is a key of learning their weakness and strengths, this strategy helps me read the court so I know who is strong at doing one part but not the other.  This teaches me to strive at my teammates weakness to make them strong all around the court.
