I want to attend college so I can learn how to be my own boss and run my own business. Being a part of a college team can teach me how to be a better leader and how to inspire others to be the best they can at what they love to do.
As a point guard, I understand the importance of being a leader who inspires and motivates others. I am not someone who believes or feels that others are unimportant or unnecessary. We all have a purpose. We all can contribute. Part of my job as a point guard is to figure out what skill each player has and make sure every person is given the chance to shine that light.
I believe I am different than others because I am motivated to keep working on things until I get them right, both in my classes and in my sports. I work as hard as I can to get along with everyone and be a leader who can be inspiring and not someone others will not respect. In the end, we are all a team and we fail or succeed together.
