Hello,
My name is Kendall Scott class of 2024, Chancellor High School, Fredericksburg Va. I began playing basketball at the young age of seven. By the age of nine, I was competing in AAU tournaments. I began pursuing basketball with the goal of playing at the collegiate level, at the age of ten. I then began training with personal trainers, and attending various basketball camps. What I love about basketball is, what it has taught me about myself, playing the game, and the bonds and friendships created with my teammates. I’ve been working and training towards a goal that I set for myself at a young age, being able to play basketball at a collegiate level.
I maintain a 4.3 GPA while playing sports year round. My education is one of the most important things in my life. I understand the importance of a college education and how it will be critical for my future. I train 2-3 times a week with a trainer, as well as by myself. I understand the importance of striving and working hard for the goals I have set for myself in life. Some of my strengths are my dedication, commitment, and the determination I have for reaching the goals I have set. I would also say a strength I have is the ability to be a leader, the encouragement I give, and the heart to help others be the best they can be.
The love I have for basketball, not only is playing at a collegiate level a goal, but I also envision myself playing professional basketball as well. My areas of interest for studies are currently Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business. I’m open to various locations, and any programs that best fits me. With me, you get a player that loves the game, is determined to succeed, and will display the importance of working as one team.
