2023 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I have been playing basketball since I was 10 years old and fell in love with the game. I have older siblings, so I was always in the gym doing drills, watching them and managing their teams. Since I have gotten older, it has made me want to continue on and play college ball. This is the sport I am most dedicated to. I play AAU basketball in the summers and continue working in the off season. I consider myself a team leader, and I try to set a good example for the rest of my teammates. If someone needs a little push or motivation, I do that in a positive manner. I am always ready to learn new skills to improve my game. I currently have a 3.9 GPA. School is just as important to me as sports. I am involved in many school clubs and volunteer for many community events. I plan to attend a college that pushes me both academically and athletically.
