Hello! I’m Molly Sullivan and my dream is to play collegiate beach volleyball! I began playing beach volleyball in 6th grade and love working hard to improve at our amazing sport. I strive to get better everyday using a growth mindset. I’ve grown up near a major University routinely attending their sporting events. I love the energy, competitiveness, and passion of student athletes. 

I've always been very athletic. I am in my 7th year of playing indoor volleyball and played competitive soccer for 8 years. I am always the fastest person on the field. I’ve sprinted for track and field teams as well. I feel my speed allows me to move quickly on the sand. I also enjoy playing basketball and golf recreationally. I fell in love with beach volleyball and now dedicate all my time to beach volleyball. I am a split blocker/ blocker, and can play both positions very well due to my height and speed. In 2020, I achieved ten ‘top five’ tournament finishes. My club holds 2 hour daily Zoom practices. During each workout, we compete in a volleyball skill challenge called the “Volley of the Day.” Since March 2020, I have won over 90% of these challenges, winning the title "VOD Queen."

I am an outstanding student in the classroom. I have a 4.3 GPA and am motivated to achieve high grades. I earned straight A's in 3 AP courses and 1 Honors course this year and have continued to succeed earning recommendations for the next level of curriculum. Academic strength is the main thing I look for in a University, along with outstanding athletics and school spirit. 

I love to compete and am very dedicated. I am very coachable and always willing to learn. I love to support my partner and I am a very positive player. I believe excellent communication and teamwork are what shape successful beach volleyball teams and I can’t wait to bring my energy, experience and winning attitude to a college program!
