Mackenzi Williamson '24 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball since I was 8, and started playing at the club level when I was 10. After my first club season I realized the playing at the collegiate level was something I was interested in. I started playing beach volleyball at 13, and soon after realized I wanted to go that route for college.

Although I've been playing indoor almost my whole life beach volleyball is my true passion. I work very hard during the season and off season to elevate my game to the next level. I am very vocal on the court and strive to create strong bounds with my partner, to make a better team. I am very coachable and encourage constructive criticism. I push myself very hard and enjoy playing  for coaches, and with teammates that do the same.  

Along with pushing myself on the sand courts, I work hard in the classroom to obtain good grades, and set very high goals for myself.  I am apart of academic teams, and an active member of the youth ministries at my local church.

Ultimately I want to attend a college that best suites my academic wishes, and allows me to play volleyball at the highest levels possible.
