Personal Statement
I would love to dive in college because I’m extremely passionate for the sport and I want to be able to grow as a diver and as a person. I am extremely hard working and once I set a goal for myself I will not back down until I achieve that goal. I believe that I would be a good candidate because I don’t let fear or mental blocks stop me. I started diving my freshman year of high school with absolutely no prior diving experience and I worked extremely hard to become the diver I am today and to get onto varsity for my team. I never let setbacks control my future, academically or athletically.
