My name is Anna Clark, and I am a senior at the Severn School in Severna Park, Maryland where I pursue a challenging course load. Before discovering my love for diving, I was a competitive gymnast for many years. I retired from gymnastics in the fall of 2021 while training as a level 8. In the winter of 2022 I transitioned to diving and began training with Rippin Dawgs Dive Club. In addition to my year-round training with RDDC, I have competed in the Central Maryland Dive League for the past three summers. At the Central Maryland Dive League Championships last summer I placed first in the 15-18 age group. I have also worked as a coach for my summer team the past two years, furthering my passion and appreciation for the sport. I have worked very hard to improve over the past couple of years, and am committed to challenging myself and progressing as a diver. I look forward to continuing to grow in this sport and hopefully earning the opportunity to compete in college.
