Ever since I was a gymnast starting at age of 5, I have always been driven by competition. Every meet I went to drove me to work harder to try to be the best, while still enjoying every second doing it. When I switched to diving, I brought that competitive spirit with me. I learned how to overcome any obstacle thrown at me. My gymnastic background and strong work ethic allowed me to advance quickly in a short period of time when I started diving in the middle of 8th grade. I have created bonds with my teammates that are unforgettable, while maintaining a 4.0 GPA, being our class president, and getting chosen for NHS.
