January 2019Personal Statement
The highlight of my career so far, is leading our school to the state tournament for the first time in 16 years as a freshman. I shot a 76 to lead our team and to the final four at the state tournament. The experience I gained from playing the best in the state has me motivated to, not only get back to the state tournament, but to expand my game and win state. I plan on participating on the Dixie PGA this summer to work on my game.
My goal for my golf career is to participate in a DI or DII level school. I consider myself a good candidate for your team because I am very competitive and love playing alongside other girls who are of equal or better competition. I have a positive approach to the game and encourage my teammates so that we can be the best possible team despite being an individual sport. In my academic career, I am in all Honors classes with a 4.26 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale.
