Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm 17, 5 Ft. 3, right hand dominate golfer. I have been playing since I was in the sixth grade, but didn't decide to play competitively until I was in eighth. Ever since I've been working hard to reach my goals. My sophomore year my team and I won the region championship (placing second on my team). The day before our team left for state my father passed, however despite the pain I was going through I put it aside and played in the tournament. Our team placed fifth, and with the season coming to an end I vowed to come back the next year better than ever. Junior year the team won region again (placing third out of the four of us), which meant we earned our way into state again. This time winning the AAA Division State Championship. I placed third on my team, and 10th out of 53 total girls. I am not afraid of hard work, and I work well with others. If my scores aren't where they need to be I practice harder to make sure they are the next time. However I am known for being too hard on my self, this is my life's passion, and I see this as a possible career path. There is always room to grow and I am working hard to ensure that I do, which is why it is important to me to sign with a college that will help me further my goals in this game. I always give it my all, and try to avoid life's distractions. I am eager and excited about the possibility of playing at the collegiate golf level.
