Personal Statement

My name is Bridget Hoang. I started playing golf off and on since sixth grade. It wasn't until recently that I found my love for being on the course everyday. During my first two years of high school, I was an active member of my high school's tennis and golf teams as well as my school's marching band and wind ensemble. Due to the events of the coronavirus, I have been working on my game almost daily while getting to know other juniors and collegiate golfers. I really enjoy the competitiveness of the sport as well as the excitement that it brings when I am with my friends on the course. I think that I would make a great candidate for a collegiate team because of my competitive nature and work ethics. Along with this, I am very well rounded and flexible.
