Hi, my name is Kira Goode and I play on the Punahou School golf team in Honolulu, Hawaii. I am currently playing and competing on my schools Varsity team. I have been playing golf since I was 5 years old, and have always loved competing on and being part of a team. I have been competing for Punahou school since 7th grade on the Intermediate, Junior Varsity, and Varsity programs, and I have been involved with junior golf programs.
My sophomore year I was able to compete in the Junior Varsity individual championships and placed first in that tournament. I was also voted MIP (Most Inspirational Player) by my teammates as well.
During my Junior year I was able to compete on the Varsity 2 team for my school and tied for first (score: 82) in the Varsity 2 individual championship. This earned me a spot on the Varsity 1 team for the remainder of the season, I was able to play in the Championships Semi Finals.
