Aisha Iyengar '20 Recruiting Profile

I am looking for a college that will help me both as a student and an athlete. Academics and athletics are very important to me and are what come first when I look for colleges. In terms of academics, I am looking for a college that can help me with pursuing a career in Business, more specifically, Finance. As for athletics, I have been playing golf since I was 9 years old, however, i started playing competitively when I was 14 and although I may be late to the recruitment process, I believe I have what it takes to play golf at a college level. I have always been a team player as I love working with others and learning from them as well. In my junior year, I won the Sportsmanship award from the high school coach for having been a team leader and for showing support for my team. I have been a part of my high school team for 3 years, starting my sophomore year as I was unable to join my freshman year due to having moved country in my second semester. I love playing golf and I can't wait to grow as a player!
