Personal Statement
I have played golf throughout high school, but never really enjoyed the sport until my Junior year. Instead, my focus went to track because I went to nationals and made it to state my Freshman year. However, the start of my Junior year, I decided to take golf more seriously and made it to sectionals that year. I believe that whatever I put my mind to, I am able to accomplish. I am a patient and hard worker. I listen and follow direction and will always have a good attitude. I do not give up easily and I work hard to achieve my goals. Not only do I have these characteristics in sports, but also academically. I have currently taken 5 college courses while being a high school student.

- AwardsI played 4 years of varsity track and won 2nd place in the 4x8 at the USATF Championships in 2016. I was awarded most valuable player for track in 2018 and 2019. I qualified for state in 2018 for track. I played 3 years of varsity golf and was awarded most improved player for golf in 2018. I began being a captain in the 2019 golf season and was awarded most valuable player as well. I made it to sectionals for golf in 2019. I am certainly a captain for the 2020 golf season.
