I earned my varsity letter in 2017 and have retained my title as the Boys Team Captain since then. This past season I placed 12th at the IHSA Girls Golf competition finishing with scores of 78 and 74.
Currently, I am the Captain of the Drumline for our school's marching band, Captain of the Speech and Debate Team, Illinois State Speech competitor in Extemporaneous Speaking and Performance in the Round, active student council member, theater/drama member and have donated over $25,000 to community organizations. I also carry seven honors courses and three Advanced Placement courses with a weighted 4.45 GPA.
I have earned 2nd place at the regional Worldwide Youth in Science and Engineering competition, National Honors Society Status, membership into Jane Lyon's Elite Golf Team, Rockford River Valley All-Stars recognition, and have helped to create a more productive community in Rochelle. In addition, for being elected as a member of junior engineers who created a 3D printed prosthetic arm, we have been headlined on the headlines of ABC news, honorees of the Illinois State Fair, featured in the Children's Time Magazine, and became the face of Monsanto's $2,000,000 scholarship fund.
