2023 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Hello! My name is Maddie Schopf and I am a part of the class of 2024. Golf has always been a favorite sport in my family, and in the spring of 2020, I picked up a club and fell in love. I am very passionate, hardworking, and competitive in the classroom and on the golf course. Throughout my life, I have been taught that I am a student-athlete, not an athletic student and I have always taken my academics seriously. I believe there Is always something to improve no matter how good you are in the classroom and on the course. I am always striving to be better. Golf is a challenging game full of ups and downs, and I believe preserving through those challenges makes good shots and winning even sweeter. It has been a lifelong goal of mine to be a part of a collegiate athletic team, and I hope to one day to be a part of a collegiate golf team that feels like a family.
