Emma Berge - Golf...Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Emma Berge and I am excited to pursue golf at the college level. I am a multi-sport athlete who has played Varsity Soccer, Varsity Basketball, and Varsity Golf for many years. Our Golf Team won the MN Class AA State Championship in 2021 and our Basketball Team has also been a state tournament team. I am a team player who knows how important leadership, teamwork, and positive energy are to a team. I love the camaraderie and team aspect of golf!
I am a strong student who has a 3.98 GPA while taking many challenging classes. I am active in leadership organizations in our school (NHS, TLP, Student Council) and I do a lot of community service in Lake City. During Covid I also started my own Cheesecake Business on the side (Rosie's Bakery) which has become pretty popular in our area. I also work a part-time job at The Jewel Golf Course in Lake City.
