Brooke Sturtevant '19 Recruiting Profile

My parents are the biggest influence of my life. They have pushed me to become who I am today. The highlight of my career started in 8th grade making my high school varsity swim team and swimming in state. I have gone to state every single year since 8th grade.  My sophomore year my team and I won state for our 4A division also my Junior year I was the captain for my swim team. I started competing in high school golf as freshman making the varsity team captain and have been doing it ever since. In college I want to continue improving in golf and my leadership skills.

I have learned through playing these sports it has required a great work ethic and the difficulties that come along with all of it that has influenced my school work ethic to try and always do my best no matter what obstacles are thrown my way. I have not only learned to require a great work ethic but it has tested my leadership skills as being a captain trying to be a leader to my teams. I think I would be a great asset to your school academically and your golf team.
