Gianna Maltbie '25 Recruiting Profile

I started playing golf at six at an after-school program.  At the age of twelve, I wanted to push myself further and started to pick my clubs back up again.  Over these past years, I have worked incredibly hard to push myself and lower my score in competition within my section and at metropolitan competitions.  I am truly passionate about golf and love every second on the course.  

Academically, I maintain a 4.0 GPA while participating in eleven different clubs, with leadership positions as an editor of my school's newspaper, managing editor of our science magazine, treasurer of Model UN, and as sophomore class president.  

In addition, I love helping others and am dedicated to making my school a better place for all.  I would love to bring positivity to the team and want to make a positive and lasting impact on my college pushing myself to the highest levels of competition possible.  If given the opportunity, I know I will be the best I can be both academically and athletically, and I wish to make my coaches, friends, and family who have supported me proud.
