Golf for me was a way to spend time with my grandfather and father, and it hasn't stopped since I started playing in 6th grade. At my high school, we don't have a women's golf team, so I have had to push myself to excel on the men's team. My Freshman and Sophmore year, I was the only female golfer in the 1A conference to make it to States. I am very proud of that achievement! Playing golf in college is a way for me to meet other golfers, improve my game at a highly competitive level, and the opportunities that playing college golf will afford me, like traveling and meeting new people. I would like to major in Biology or Sports Management. I am an honest person, have a good personality, and am a team player. I am very coachable and follow through when given advice. I know I have room for improvement and am looking for a team and school that can keep me motivated and push me to do my best.
