My name is Allison Simonetta and I am a junior at Conneaut Area Senior High. I have been playing the game of golf for 3 years now. I am currently recovering from a surgery and not sure if I will be cleared to play golf in time for college:(
I would like to play and participate in college golf because I believe that the experience will not only better me as a golfer, but as a person as well. The morals and experiences taught within that level of golf will help me build better qualities on and off the golf course.
Living in PA can be a struggle with not having warm weather all year round. I always find a way to practice and play in the winter.
I have not yet decided on a desired major, but biology could be an option.
My desired goals for college golf are to be able to play on the team. I want to participate in tournaments around the US. Acadmeics and grades are important to me. I am well with time management and I can set my priorities well.
A college that I think would best fit my needs as a golfer and college student would be a small school and a Division III golf team or even Division II. Playing on the team is very very important for me and a dream of mine.
Thank you for your time.
Allison Simonetta
