Playing college golf wasn't a plan I had in mind when I was younger; I tried many sports from soccer to basketball, but when I started to play golf in seventh grade for my middle school team, I was hooked. I got serious about golf the summer of my freshman year and I worked hard every day to achieve the goals I had set for myself. Another aspect of golf I love is being apart of a team. Maintaining a high academic record in college is very important to me and I would like to study business in college. I would like to play on a college team because I believe what you learn from playing golf on a team combined with an education will provide me with the skills to be successful after graduation.
