I have only been playing golf for about 3 years now, and have already lowered my score from an embarrassing 140 to about a 90-95. I am currently at a turning point in my game- I am going to the range almost everyday and working to consistently shoot in the 80’s and soon, the 70’s. I live with my mother (who does not play golf), and I am completely self-taught. I don‘t have any resources at my house or school, so I try to work with the money that I have to go to the range and practice. Soon, I hope to splurge on a club fitting and some new clubs that will hopefully lower my score. I feel that a professional coach combined with my strong work ethic and determination could get me where I need to be. I might not have the most impressive score right now, but with every 18 holes, my score is consistently lowering. With more practice and professional coaching, I have unmatched potential.
