Golf has been apart of my life since I was very young, it had started as something I did with my father to gain quality time with him. As I grew I started to enjoy the game more, from the mental aspects like not getting in my head to being able to hit the ball further than my dad one day. The sport of golf is time away from reality for me. Although it is a challenging sport, that is what drives me to want to become better every day. It is understood on my part that the harder I work the more blessings and opportunities will be passed my way. Within the sport of golf I know there are many opportunities that can be achieved if I put my all into becoming great. Knowing this, I constantly strive for greatness within playing rounds. For example, every time I reach a personal record I am always asked why I am not overwhelmed with joy, although I am happy I just always look for the opportunities where I know I could’ve saved a stroke or made a better decision within my play. With this being said, I greatly value my education and have been upholding my self expectations to excel in all academic aspects. These traits and aspects of me as a person make me a good candidate for your team because they show how I am very well rounded, respectful, have the ability to grow, and how I am ambitious and hardworking at everything that I do.
