Meagan Hill '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Meagan Hill.  I played several sports before high school including field hockey, lacrosse, badminton, fencing, netball, volleyball, basketball and track - discus, shotput and javelin.  I decided that I wanted to play golf the summer before my Freshman year at Stratford, and wanted golf to be my focus and only sport in high school.  My Freshman year I scored in the mid-90s but continued to improve.  In my Sophomore year I broke 90 and played in the mid-80s.   Today I'm a Junior and have a private coach as well as team coach and on the verge of breaking 80.  My last tournament at the Battlegrounds in November I shot 81/81 and I'm determined to be in the 70's at the next tournament in December 2021.  I am a focused player as well as academic currently in all AP or Dual Enrollment classes.

My goal is to play for a school where I can be part of a winning team and great learning environment where I can continue to improve my game and education.
