Ever since I was young my goal has been to compete for college gymnastics team. What sets me apart is that I am fearless, full of positive energy, and coach-able. I am the first girl in my gym club to qualify for Nationals as a level 10 Junior in 2021 and then I was the first person to win a medal at nationals when I got the silver on bars. In 2022 I was the first girl from my gym to qualify for Nationals as a level 10 Senior. I had a great competition and placed 10th all around. My goal this year is to qualify for Elite. However, my ultimate goal is to be the first gymnast from my club to get a NCAA scholarship.
My Mom attended the University of Washington on a full-ride gymnastics scholarship. She has always told me what an amazing experience it was to represent and compete for her University, and be a role model of the community and an inspiration to younger gymnasts. I would love to be able to follow in her footsteps. I am willing to work as hard as it takes to reach this goal and if given the opportunity, I will be a standout member both athletically and academically for the team.
