Hello, my name is Hadley Rae Kristo. I currently train at Shenandoah Tumblers Gymnastics Club in Winchester, Virginia and will be competing at USAG Level 9 for the 2025–2026 season.
I’ve been passionate about gymnastics since I was three years old. I spent my early years in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to the Washington, D.C. area with my family when I was nine. Over the years, my love for the sport has only grown deeper. I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunities I’ve had and the life lessons I’ve learned—like how to be a supportive teammate, how hard work and commitment lead to real progress, and how to rise stronger from setbacks.
I’m not perfect, but I strive every day to be coachable, dedicated, and resilient. I’ve dreamed of competing at the collegiate level ever since I watched my first Friday Night Heights on ESPN as a little girl—and that dream fuels my determination. I push myself to the limit and embrace every challenge, knowing that every rep, fall, and breakthrough brings me closer to my goals.
Off the mat, I’m equally committed to my academics. I value strong, positive relationships with friends and family because I believe mental clarity and balance are key to thriving in both school and sport. In my free time, I love reading, working out, spending time with my friends, and being active in my church youth group. I’ve also recently started coaching gymnastics, which has given me a fresh perspective and even more appreciation for the sport.
I’m excited to take the next step toward my dream of competing in college. I’m looking for a coach who values grit, teamwork, and integrity—someone who wants an athlete that will never give up, push herself in the gym, and be a positive force for others. That’s who I am.
